1. Agreement to Terms
By visiting our online store or purchasing handcrafted ensembles from Asha Devi Mittal ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from utilizing our services.
2. Pricing, Taxes & Invoicing
- All-Inclusive Pricing: All retail prices displayed across product pages are strictly inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable in India. No surprise charges appear at checkout.
- Invoicing: A valid tax invoice containing our registered business GSTIN and complete order breakdown is emailed immediately upon order placement.
3. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)
To ensure prompt fulfillment and protect handloom garments from transit loss, Cash on Delivery (COD) bookings may be verified via an automated WhatsApp or telephone call prior to warehouse dispatch.
4. Shipping, Transit & Parcel Inspection
- Orders verified before 3:00 PM IST (Mon–Sat) are dispatched on the same business day.
- If the outer security tape or gift box appears tampered with at the time of delivery, do not accept the package and notify our helpline immediately.
5. Authentic Handloom Fabric Character
Because our sarees and dupattas are hand-woven on traditional looms by master artisans, subtle irregularities in thread weave or color shades are natural hallmarks of authentic handlooms, not manufacturing flaws.
6. 7-Day Doorstep Replacement & Exchange
If your delivered garment differs significantly from the catalog description or if you require an alternative size, you are eligible for an immediate 7-Day Doorstep Exchange from the delivery date.
- The garment must remain unworn, unwashed, with all original brand tags, blouse pieces, and keepsake box packaging intact.

7. Intellectual Property
All photography, textile prints, catalog descriptions, and logos displayed on this boutique are the exclusive intellectual property of Asha Devi Mittal.

These Terms and sales agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
